Random randomness

Case you didn't hear...it's summer. So in the spirit, here's some random wanderings through cyberspace. Crack open a beverage of your choice and enjoy -

#1 - Base-jumping into the Grand Canyon on a skateboard. Now why didn't I think of that?
 

#2 - Ellie's new favorite video. She thinks it's her."Cute" doesn't quite begin to describe Ms. Zoei.


#3 - I never get tired of this thing. Just so, so cool. The things people think of...and then do.


#4 - These are real answers to test questions from some quick-thinking kids. My favorite below: Kung. Fu. Midgets.

#5 A great post about living without fear - it includes the following questions:

1. If you knew you could not fail and those around you would not only suspend judgment, but wholeheartedly support you: What would you do?
2. Are you doing it?
3. If not: Why?

Oh, and one more question:

1. If your reason for not doing something is that you’re afraid of failing or being judged: How much worse would that be than never having tried?

#6 Cool story about the man in charge of archiving stuff for Disney. Wouldn't you love that job? And here are pictures of some of the goodies.

 #7 - This was voted the world's funniest joke:

Two hunters are out in the woods when one of them collapses. He doesn't seem to be breathing and his eyes are glazed. The other guy takes out his phone and calls the emergency services.
 
He gasps: "My friend is dead! What can I do?" The operator says: "Calm down, I can help. First, let's make sure he's dead." There is a silence, then a gunshot is heard. Back on the phone, the guy says: "OK, now what?"
